Since 1951 Shipstore Parker Sales Co. has been providing the Great Lakes commercial marine industry with the products that keep their vessels running. Located in Chicago, our primary ports of service are located on the southern end of Lake Michigan. Our products, however, can be acquired at most major ports of the Great Lakes such as Cleveland, Toledo, Detroit, and Duluth-Superior

Our products are as varied as the vessel’s requirements. On the topside we supply USCG-SOLAS products, RFD-Revere life rafts, Jotun paints, Cooper-Campbell fittings and chain, LaCrosse-Rainfair clothing and American rope and line.

For the engine room we handle a complete line of stores like Exxon-Mobil lubricants Air Handler and MPL Filters manufactured by Fleetguard-Cummins, Armstrong and Cooper Tools, John Crane packing and seals, Valvoline products as well as a complete line of valves, fittings and welding supplies.

Cleaning and maintenance products supplied by Shipstore Parker Sales are headed by Nalco Products, Drew Chemical Co. division of Ashland oil, Procter & Gamble Co., Drackett and Johnson Products.

Electric motor rewinding, machine shop services, emergency welding and transportation are some of the services we can provide. Our personnel and trucks are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have the ability to act quickly and efficiently, as vessels require supplying your entire vessel’s needs in an economical manner.
